The Narita Express "N'EX" is a fast, convenient, and comfortable limited express train that directly connects Narita International Airport with major cities and districts including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Yokohama. Changing trains along the way is stress-free! Equipped with a full range of in-car facilities, N'EX promises comfortable transportation.

The N'EX is the best choice when traveling to Tokyo!

The N'EX directly connects Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and Tokyo Station in as fast as 53 minutes.

Features and a design suited for limited express access to airports. In-car facilities have been further enhanced, making transportation from Narita Airport even more comfortable. You can use JR-EAST Free Wi-Fi when onboard. Each carriage also has convenient luggage storage areas with combination locks.

N'EX TOKYO Round Trip Ticket is available at a discounted price for round trip travel from Narita Airport to the Tokyo metropolitan area. This ticket is valid for 14 days and can be used once for each way.

We also recommend JR TOKYO Wide Pass for travel to Nikko and other places in the areas surrounding Tokyo!

Welcome Suica is e-money that can be used for travel and shopping and is recommended for temporary visitors. It can be used for 28 days beginning with the date of purchase.

This card can be used on train lines in the Tokyo metropolitan area as well as for subways, buses, the Tokyo Monorail, and in the Sendai, Niigata, Aomori, Morioka, and Akita areas and parts of the Hokkaido, Tokai, West Japan and Kyushu areas.

For trains, simply tap your Welcome Suica card at the ticket gate and for buses, tap the sensor when getting on and off! There's no need to purchase a ticket. Automatically pay for fares based on your balance!

Furthermore, the Welcome Suica card can be used for shopping. You can use your card to make purchases onboard trains as well as from vending machines, to rent coin lockers and for spending at convenience stores and restaurants.

The Welcome Suica Mobile was released in March 2025. Topping up is easy with the credit card you have registered with Apple Pay.

Welcome Suica Mobile offers the "Touch de Go! Shinkansen" service, allowing you to board non-reserved seats on the Shinkansen in the JR East area without needing a reservation, just by tapping your device. No need to get in line at the ticket counter!

JR-EAST Train Reservation is a reservation website for Eastern Japan area passes and tickets. Let's make reservations up to one month in advance for smoother trip!

You can now seamlessly connect to JR Train Reservation from Welcome Suica Mobile and apply for e-tickets for Shinkansen, Narita Express, and more!With Welcome Suica Mobile, there’s no need to stop by a station or ticket machine to purchase tickets.
